Sales Manager View

Track your sales reps’ progress and assign the right exercise.

The Clozing sales manager view shows where the team is making progress and where they’re getting stuck: average score, weak criteria, and common mistakes. Sales managers can comment on a specific moment, assign the next practice session, and track whether it’s completed.

How it works

  1. 01

    Identify a weak point

The team dashboard shows which criteria are costing the team points and which mistakes keep coming up.

  2. 02

    Comment on a moment

Open a call report, choose a turn in the conversation, and write what's working or what to try.

  3. 03

    Assign and track

Assign an exercise with a due date, then see who completed it.

What can sales managers see?

Average score, week-by-week progress, criteria where the team loses points, the most common mistakes, and a table for each sales rep. Sales managers assigned to teams only see reps on those teams.

To understand a score, they open the call report and read the exact words: a closed-ended question asked too soon, an objection left unclear, or a vague next step.

How can you give useful feedback?

A comment can be tied to a specific turn in the transcript. There are three types: a note, praise, or a request to redo the call. A redo request automatically creates an assignment for the same scenario, due in three days.

Sales reps receive an email showing the number of comments and who wrote them, never the comment text. They’ll receive no more than one email per call per hour.

How do assignments work?

Sales managers choose a specific scenario or call type, add instructions and a due date, and assign it to an individual or team. They can require it as the next call. A reminder is emailed the day before it’s due. Overdue assignments and completion rates are displayed on a dashboard.

Are sales reps monitored?

Private feedback is an organization setting. When enabled, sales managers only see averages, and only when at least three people have a scored call. Scores are practice benchmarks. They should not be used on their own to make HR decisions.

The product also generates an employee privacy notice and a works council file based on the organization's actual settings.

What else is included?

PDF completion certificates with a code that third parties can verify on a public page, and a CSV export of results. These aren't recognized professional certifications. Multiple teams, configurable data retention, and an audit log are available with the Business plan. See pricing.
