How it works
- 01
Read a quote
Find your exact words and see them in context.
- 02
Understand the criterion
Connect the quote to what the scorecard expected, rather than focusing only on the score.
- 03
Try a different approach
Take away one tip and replay a similar situation.
How is the score calculated?
Each scorecard criterion has a weight. The general scorecard has twelve criteria: opening, reason for the call, discovery questions, rephrasing, objection handling, next steps, and more. SPIN, BANT, and MEDDIC scorecards are also available, and you can customize them with the Pro plan and above.
Criteria that don't make sense for the call are excluded. A voicemail isn't judged like a discovery call. The total is recalculated by code, not left to AI.
Scoring is based on the conversation text. It doesn't analyze voice, emotions, or personality.
What are the quotes for?
Each point deducted is linked to something you said, found in the transcript. No more than six are included, so the call report stays readable. The same mistake isn't counted more than once.
Example: you replied, “We're less expensive,” without knowing what the customer was comparing. The call report suggests first asking, “What matters most to you?”
“You’re mainly concerned about the setup cost. Is that what’s making you hesitate, or is it the subscription price?”

Can you compare two scores?
Only if the scorecard and difficulty are similar. The call report retains the scorecard used for that call, so an old report never changes when the scorecard is updated. A higher score on an easier scenario doesn't prove progress.
What should you do next?
Choose one of the three tips. Rewrite a question, practice rephrasing an objection, then call again.
Starting with the Pro plan, sales reps can discuss their call report with an AI coach and replay a specific moment. Sales managers can comment on it. See also the SPIN method.
