How it works
- 01
Choose a situation
A prospect in a hurry, a price objection, a customer who stops returning calls, voicemail. The library includes 24 scenarios across six industries. You can create your own.
- 02
Make the call
The simulated customer picks up. You speak into the microphone; they respond, raise objections, and keep some information to themselves.
- 03
Review and replay
The call report quotes your words and suggests better alternatives. Take away one tip and make the call again.
What happens in a practice session?
Read the customer profile: their role, the context, and what you already know about them. Some facts are kept hidden, just like in real life. Your questions are what bring them to light. The call lasts a few minutes, and the call report is ready when it ends.
The customer reacts to what you say. A customer in a hurry cuts off an overly long pitch. A wary customer wants proof. For details, see call simulations.
What's in the call report?
A score out of 100 calculated using a criteria-based scorecard (general, SPIN, BANT, or MEDDIC), the moments when you lost points with the exact phrase, and three tips. The score does not predict a sale. It helps you decide what to work on. See the call report.

Can it be tailored to our offering?
Yes. Describe your offering and add your documents, and the assistant will suggest five simulated customers for you to review before activating them. See guided setup and scenarios.
What about sales managers?
Team dashboard, comments on specific moments, assignments with due dates, AI coach, certificates, and CSV export. All included starting with the Pro plan. See the sales manager view and pricing.
