Voice AI, generation, and analysis
Google: primary voice conversation provider via Gemini Live. Processing covers the data needed for voice simulation and its context.
OpenAI: backup voice solution, transcription of voicemail messages, scenario generation, and transcript analysis. The data transmitted depends on the feature used.
For both providers, the contracting entity, available regions, retention settings, and transfer safeguards must be verified at the production account level. No retention commitment can be inferred from the provider’s name alone.
Hosting and application data
OVH SAS (OVHcloud): application hosting on a server located in France, including imported documents and exports.
Neon: PostgreSQL database hosted in the European Union (Frankfurt) for accounts, organizations, and training data.
Cloudflare: domain name management and daily backup copies of documents and exports (R2 storage under the jurisdiction of the European Union).
Messages and payments
Resend: transactional email delivery when production email transport is configured, including verification links and invitations. It processes recipient addresses and the content needed for these messages.
Stripe: card payments and billing. Online payments are not yet available: Stripe does not process any data until it is activated.
Monitoring and abuse prevention
Rate limiting and error logs remain on our own server in France; no other provider is involved.
Location, contracts, and changes
Google and OpenAI process data in the United States; these transfers are covered by the Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses. The other providers process data in the European Union.
Any addition or change of provider is notified to customers before the provider goes live, as set out in the data processing agreement (DPA). You can request details at any time.
