An explicitly simulated interaction
Before the call, users are informed that the customer is simulated. They are also informed that their words will be transcribed. The identities, portraits, and practice situations do not represent real prospects.
The synthetic voice enables a training conversation. It must not be presented to a third party as the voice of a real customer or used to create a fake testimonial.
What is analyzed
The call report is based on the text transcript, the exercise context, and an explicit scoring grid. Criteria may cover discovery, clarifying an objection, or the next step.
The product does not analyze emotions or personality, or infer psychological traits from the voice. No emotional score is added to the scoring grid. A conversation statistic should not be interpreted as a measure of personality.
Errors and human review
The transcript may be imperfect. The model may misinterpret a sentence, miss context, or suggest an unsuitable rephrasing. The user and their sales manager must be able to review and discuss the result.
Scenarios based on documents must be reviewed before activation. The offer’s prices, features, and commitments must be validated by the appropriate people. A generated response does not establish a fact.
Training and decisions concerning individuals
Scores are intended to help prepare for a new practice session. They must not, on their own, form the basis of a hiring, compensation, disciplinary, or termination decision. An organization considering another use must review its obligations and its own framework before implementing it.
The regulatory classification of a use depends on its purpose and actual conditions. This notice does not claim to certify the overall compliance of a deployment with the European Union’s AI Act.
Data and reporting
The application does not retain audio files of calls. Transcripts and results are training data whose access and retention must be governed. AI providers are listed in the subprocessor register.
