FAQ
- What is an AI sales call simulator?
- It’s a tool where a sales rep speaks out loud with a fictional customer played by AI, then receives a scored call report. Clozing is one: the customer has a personality, a background, and information they keep hidden, and responds to what you say.
- Does the service contact real prospects?
- No. The conversations are role-plays. The platform doesn’t call real prospects.
- How is it different from role-playing with colleagues?
- A colleague knows your offering and may go easy on their partner. The simulated customer doesn’t know you, keeps their objections hidden, and can replay the scene as many times as you like, anytime. Every call is scored using the same scorecard. It doesn’t replace a debrief with a manager.
- Who is this tool for?
- For B2B sales teams that sell over the phone: prospecting, booking meetings, follow-ups, and onboarding new sales reps. Managers track the team’s progress.
- What do you need to practice?
- An account in your organization, a recent browser, an internet connection, and a microphone. Your browser will ask for microphone permission before your first call.
- How is the call report created?
- AI reads the transcript and scores it using a weighted criteria-based scorecard. You get a score out of 100, the phrases to revisit with their quotes, and three tips. AI can make mistakes, so please review it.
- Can you use your own documents?
- Yes. Guided setup supports PDF, Word, text, and Markdown files, with a limit of five active documents per organization and 10 MB per file. AI suggests simulated customers for you to review before activating them.
- Can you get started without documents?
- Yes. The library of 24 scenarios across six industries lets you get started the same day. You can customize them afterward.
- Which sales methodologies are supported?
- SPIN, BANT, and MEDDIC scorecards are available, along with a generic scorecard. Choose the one that fits the scenario. Starting with the Pro plan, you can customize them.
- Which languages does the service support?
- The website is available in 15 languages. The app, simulated customer, and call report work in 99 languages: you choose the language for your organization, and each person chooses the language for their interface.
- What does the free trial include?
- 14 days with no credit card required, 30 minutes of call time total for your organization, and up to 3 sales reps. You get the Pro plan features, excluding SSO.
- How much does the service cost?
- €29 (Starter), €59 (Pro), or €99 (Business) per sales rep per month, excl. VAT. For 20 or more sales reps, the Enterprise plan is available by custom quote. Online payment is not available yet.
- Are minutes shared?
- Yes, across your entire organization. Starter includes 60 minutes per sales rep per month, Pro 150, and Business 300. Each additional minute costs €0.25, €0.20, or €0.15, depending on the plan.
- What can a manager do?
- Starting with the Pro plan, the sales manager can track team results, comment on a specific part of a call, assign exercises with a due date, and issue practice certificates. If the organization enables private feedback, the manager sees only averages.
- Is SSO available?
- Not yet. SSO is planned for Business and Enterprise plans, but no release date has been announced. Two-factor authentication is available and can be required for the entire organization with Business.
- Is audio recorded?
- The app doesn't retain any audio files. Speech is transcribed into text. A voicemail message is temporarily stored while it's being transcribed, then deleted. Voice AI providers have their own policies, described in the list of subprocessors.
- Does AI analyze emotions?
- No. Scoring evaluates the conversation text against explicit criteria. It doesn't measure emotions or personality from the voice.
- Where is data hosted, and is the service GDPR-compliant?
- The app and its database are hosted in the European Union. A DPA is available online, and you can export or delete data. Retention periods are defined (transcripts are deleted after 180 days by default). AI providers may process data outside the EU, subject to contractual safeguards; the list is public.
- Can scores be used to make HR decisions?
- No, not on their own. They are practice benchmarks tied to a simulation. They must not be the sole basis for hiring, compensation, or disciplinary action.
- Are certificates officially recognized?
- No. They are internal practice certificates with a public verification code. They don't replace a recognized professional certification.
- How do you prepare a rollout across multiple teams?
- Specify the audiences, scenarios, roles, and retention periods. The Enterprise page lets you describe your project so we can prepare a quote with you.
