Article 5 — Business and published information
Clozing is a service intended exclusively for professionals. It offers practice sessions for sales conversations with a fictional, AI-played customer, followed by educational feedback. It does not make prospecting calls to real customers on users' behalf.
Personas, profiles, and situations presented as demonstrations are fictional. Sample scores and results illustrate how the product works; they do not guarantee any sales results. The terms of the selected plan are set out in the accepted quote and the General Terms of Sale.
The publisher corrects reported errors and may update information on the website. This right does not authorize retroactive changes to the terms of an accepted order.
Article 6 — Intellectual Property and Links
The website’s software, text, interfaces, trademarks, and graphic elements are protected by applicable rights. Viewing them does not transfer any rights. Customers’ rights to their own content and third parties’ rights to their materials are reserved.
Quotations and uses permitted by law remain allowed. Any other reproduction or use requiring authorization must be requested from the publisher. Links to third-party websites are provided for informational purposes; their content and operating rules are the responsibility of their publishers.
Article 7 — Applicable Documents
The Terms of Service govern use, and the General Terms of Sale govern subscriptions. The Privacy Policy explains data processing; the Cookie Policy describes browsing mechanisms.
The processing of data for customer organizations is governed by the DPA and its list of sub-processors. The AI Notice explains how simulations work, their limitations, and the role of human oversight.
