What does “supported language” mean?
For each of the 99 languages on the list:
- the simulated customer speaks and understands the language throughout the call, from the first line to the end;
- the transcript, scoring, and call report are written in the language of the call;
- the AI coach responds in that language;
- the scenario library and scoring grids are available in that language;
- the app interface and emails are translated: everyone can choose their language from the 99 available.
Phone call simulation
- I only have two minutes.
- Of course. What matters most to you right now?
- Saving time, especially when it comes to organizing the team.
- In that case, I suggest we set aside fifteen minutes on Thursday to discuss it.

- 1Ask an open-ended question.
- 2Rephrase the objection.
- 3Confirm the next step.
How do you choose the language for calls?
The practice session language is set for the entire organization in settings. It applies to new calls: calls that have already taken place keep their language, as does their call report.
The interface language is a personal choice. A sales rep can use the app in English and practice in Spanish.
App and website: what's the difference?
The app (calls, call reports, coach, interface, emails) works in 99 languages. The public website you're reading is available in 15 languages.
If the website isn't available in a language, it appears in English. This doesn't affect the app.
What limitations should you know about?
PDFs (certificates, CSE file) are produced in your language for the Latin, Cyrillic, and Greek alphabets. For other writing systems (Arabic, Hebrew, Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Thai, Indian languages, etc.), they are currently produced in English.
Speech recognition may distort a proper name. Your company name and terminology are automatically corrected in Latin, Cyrillic, and Greek scripts; scoring never penalizes you for a mis transcribed name.
